My client has paid but their money isn't in their file?

Funds should automatically be assigned to your clients file, provided they have used the correct reference when making a bank transfer.

(They must use their PTS client booking reference + client name as the reference)

If the funds are not showing on you're clients file after 2 working days from making the transfer, you need to check the UNCLAIMED and UNASSIGNED folders.
