Amending details in PTS after commission has been claimed

Once commission has been claimed, you cannot make any changes or add anything to a booking.

If you need to make any changes to an existing booking where commission has been claimed, you must set up a new client file, link it to the existing one and make your changes on the new file.

If there will be commission to be claimed on the new part of the booking, you will have to pay the booking fee of £7.15 again.
